Through Yoga, Meditation, Sharing, and contact with Mother Nature you will find new energy and an integration space for new visions and sensations. In the wonderful context and landscape of the Torri Superiore, you will have the time and space to breathe, observe and observe yourself guided by body awareness practices, meditation and relaxation techniques, and moments of sharing and personal reflection. The ecovillage framework will naturally lead us to consider the issue of sustainability and how this can be applied on a small scale to our lives and our rhythms.

We will start our days with sweet Yoga for all levels and we will send them with meditation sessions, we promise you a regenerating Re-Treat for your body and your soul!

Digital detox

To make the Digital Detox experience more authentic and profitable, the staff will be available to keep the participants' digital tools for the duration of the stay. In any case, it is possible to agree with the staff for special needs regarding the use of digital devices.

Sara

Graduated in Cognitive Psychology at the Bicocca University of Milan and in Experimental Psychology in Padua. She approaches Yoga at the age of 18 and practices traditional Hatha yoga and Iyengar yoga in India and with various European and international teachers. Holistic operator specialized in traditional therapeutic Thai massage. In 2021 he obtained the PDC (Permaculture Design Certificate).

Dome

Graduated in Musicology, musician, and sound experimenter. He attended the Yoga teacher training course at HamSa - Maurizio Morelli's Hatha Yoga school, with whom he continues to collaborate as an assistant. He has been teaching in various yoga centers for almost ten years.

Ecovillage nestled close to the sea

A permaculture and community project

We will be hosted in Torri Superiore Ecovillage: The medieval village of Torri Superiore is a small jewel of popular architecture located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps, a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and the French border, near the coastal city of Ventimiglia. Originally from the 13th century, the village is structured in three main bodies with more than 160 rooms, all connected by an intricate fabric of stairways and passageways. Its complex structure has often been compared to a fortress or labyrinth perched on a mountainside. The village has been largely restored and is now open to all people interested in learning about ecovillage life and looking for an environment full of suggestions.

How the membwership work?

Included 1 Year Solar Membership!

With the membership you’ll have access to discounts of our experiences, international opportunities and to support the Creative Residency program and our work in social innovation. It’s an annual card to have 100% access to our community.

Tell me more about program costs and payments.

The entire cost of an Inesto experience is broken up into a deposit payment. Inesto’s fee and program fee. Your deposit payment is due before the start of your program, and your program fee is due before your program for Retreats and Remote Experiences.

Deposit Payment

Depending on your program, your down payment is broken up into 1-3 installments. Your initial down payment is made to officially reserve your spot on our programs. The deposit payment affords us the confidence to begin booking all of your arrangements on your behalf. The full down payment is made at the initial booking for Retreats and Experiences. The deposit and the Inesto fees are not refundable but in case you’ll not able to join us on the date you'll plan we’ll convert all the deposits into credit for another of our solutions.

what will you do with the 5%?

We are devolving 5% of all our profits into our association for running the Creative residency program and projects of social innovation and urban regeneration. We also work with public administrations and companies helping them with their CSR departments.

Why are these experiences expensive?

Creating, building and running our projects and experiences is expensive, we are a social project and we are working in a sustainable and ethical way for repopulating rural areas and creating events and opportunities around here. Be aware of that and participating actively in our life is a good start, also give to us the fuel to run cool experiences and the regeneration project.

As well we partenerd with selected venues and operators, for choose carefully and we run experience tests, provindign to you just the best and memorable times.
