A different kind of time away
Coliving programs, creative residencies, and community retreats across Mediterranean territories. For remote workers, artists, researchers, and anyone seeking a place where meaningful work meets intentional living.
What you can do with us
2 WEEKS - 3 MONTHS
Coliving
Two weeks to three months in one of our Mediterranean hubs. You get a room, a workspace, good wifi, and a community of people doing interesting things. Mornings are for focused work. Afternoons might be a walk, a swim, a long conversation. Evenings are shared meals around tables that fit everyone.
This is not a hotel. You are joining a temporary community—contributing to shared life, meeting locals, participating in whatever is happening that week. Some guests come to finish a project. Some come to start one. Some come because they need to think, and thinking requires a different context.
Throughout the year, various programs bring together people with shared interests. Regenerative design. Mediterranean food culture. Documentary photography. Traditional crafts. Each week combines learning, practice, and community—taught by experts, hosted in territories where the subject comes alive.
1 WEEK - 3 MONTHS
Creative Residencies
One week to three months for artists, writers, designers, and researchers. Dedicated studio or workspace, accommodation, and integration into a community that values creative practice. Our residencies are hosted in territories where culture is alive—where your work enters dialogue with local traditions, landscapes, and people.
We offer both self-directed residencies and structured programs with mentorship, critiques, and public presentations. Some residencies are open application; others are by invitation or partnership with cultural institutions.
Residency fees vary by program. Subsidized places available for emerging artists through our association and foundation partners.
3 days - 14 days
Retreats
Three to fourteen days of focused programming for small groups. Writing retreats, creative intensives, wellness programs, skill-building workshops. Each retreat is designed around a theme and led by practitioners we trust—people with genuine expertise and the ability to hold space well.
Retreats combine structured sessions with unstructured time. The setting does part of the work: good food, beautiful surroundings, distance from ordinary life. The facilitation does the rest.
All-inclusive: accommodation, meals, activities, materials.
Custom Groups
If you are organizing something for your own community—a team retreat, a family gathering, a friend group wanting to spend meaningful time together—we can help you design it. Tell us what you are looking for, and we will propose locations, programming, and logistics.
The places
We curate locations across the Mediterranean, from restored heritage properties to simple village houses. Each is selected for character, community, and the quality of life it enables.
Some properties offer luxury finishes and private services. Others are beautifully simple—shared bathrooms, basic kitchens, charm without polish. We match you with what fits your needs and budget.
What's included
Every stay includes accommodation, workspace access, wifi, and community programming. Social dinners bring guests and locals together several times per week.
Additional services vary by location: some offer full board, others self-catering with shared kitchen access. Airport transfers, excursions, and private experiences are available on request.
Detailed inclusions are provided when you inquire about specific programs or locations.
Who comes
Remote workers needing a change of context. Artists seeking residency time. Writers with deadlines and nowhere quiet at home. Founders between companies. Academics on sabbatical. People recovering from burnout, from loss, from too much speed. Friends who want to spend real time together. Couples figuring out what is next.
There is no typical guest. What connects people is a desire for something more intentional than a tourist experience, more connected than a hotel stay, more meaningful than another week at home.
