Nurturing Creative Potential: Inesto's Journey with Creativity Quest Youth Exchange

Regenerative Learning in the Heart of Poland's Tatra Mountains A transformative journey awaits young creatives this summer as Inesto joins forces with partners across Europe for an innovative Erasmus+ Youth Exchange.

YEINFOPACKCREATIVITYQUEST

In today's rapidly changing world, young people often struggle with questions of purpose, direction, and self-fulfillment. The widespread sense of uncertainty can be particularly challenging for those in creative fields or from rural communities with limited access to international networks and educational opportunities.

That's why we're thrilled to announce our participation in "Creativity Quest" – a 10-day immersive experience designed to help young people discover their creative potential while building resilience, self-awareness, and practical skills in an international community of peers.

Reimagining Personal Development Through Collective Wisdom

Taking place in the breathtaking mountain village of Murzasichle, Poland from June 18-28, 2025, this youth exchange brings together 38 participants from Poland, Romania, Spain, and Italy in a holistic program that integrates:

  • Mind-Body Integration: Daily yoga sessions in various styles (hatha, ashtanga, power, and partner yoga) complemented by breathing exercises and mindfulness practices that cultivate presence and emotional resilience
  • Creative Expression Workshops: Hands-on sessions exploring design thinking methodology, where participants will progress through stages of empathy, problem definition, idea generation, and prototyping – translating abstract concepts into tangible solutions
  • Personal Growth Planning: Self-reflection exercises, peer-feedback circles, and journaling practices that help identify unique strengths and clarify individual motivations and long-term ambitions
  • Cultural Exchange: Themed evenings that showcase partner-country cultures through presentations, music, dance, and traditional food tasting – fostering mutual understanding and celebrating diversity
  • Nature Connection: Outdoor excursions in the stunning Tatra Mountains that reinforce the relationship between natural environments and creative thinking

Why This Matters Now

According to the "Global 2022 Gen Z & Millennial Survey" conducted by Deloitte, half of young people feel unsure about pursuing their career plans, and one in three doesn't know what they would like to do in the future. This uncertainty has only intensified in a post-pandemic world where traditional pathways seem increasingly precarious.

By creating a space where young people can discover and develop their abilities and talents through non-formal, experiential learning approaches, Creativity Quest addresses these challenges directly. Participants will leave not only with enhanced creative skills but also with greater self-awareness, confidence, and a supportive international network.
