Overview
The Wellbeing Toolkit is a 5-day structured learning mobility course hosted in Ibiza, Spain, designed for professionals working in the field of adult education. The course provides participants with a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for personal and professional wellbeing, addressing four interconnected competency areas: Mindfulness, Somatic Embodiment, Nature-Based Practices, and Integrative Coaching. The programme is designed to develop both individual wellbeing competencies and transferable professional skills applicable to participants' home organisations. Drawing on current research in neuroscience, stress physiology, and wellbeing science, the course equips participants with practical methodological tools that can be integrated into educational practice and organisational culture. The methodology is grounded in non-formal education and experiential learning — consistent with Erasmus+ quality standards for learning mobility activities. Participants engage in reflective practice, structured peer exchange, and skills consolidation across all five days, culminating in a personalised well-being development plan. The course is delivered by Inesto SRL SB, a benefit corporation based in Milan, Italy, holding Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of Adult Education (KA1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals). The course is open to staff participants from Erasmus+ accredited sending organisations in the field of adult education, as well as to self-funded participants.
