Overview

Burnout in education and the helping professions is a leading cause of sick leave and turnover. Nourished & Regulated equips the people most exposed to chronic stress with practical, evidence-informed tools to sustain a long, healthy career. This 5-day structured learning mobility course (25 hours over five days) builds competence across four areas , Nutrition for Energy & Mood, Circadian & Seasonal Rhythms, Nervous-System Regulation, and Sustainable Professional Practice , through experiential learning and reflective practice. Participants develop personal resilience and transferable knowledge they bring into their organisation: recognising early burnout signals, structuring work around human physiology and supporting a healthier team culture. The final outcome is a personal sustainability plan and simple tools to share with colleagues. The methodology is non-formal and experiential, consistent with Erasmus+ quality standards; it is explicitly educational, not clinical, and covers when to refer to a health professional. Delivered by Inesto SRL SB, Erasmus+ accredited in Adult Education (KA1), with lead facilitator Amy Charnay (MS, CNS); open to accredited sending organisations and self-funded staff.
