Four Evenings That Could Change How You Navigate Career Change

A Free Webinar Series on Bodies, Nature, and Career Transitions

naturesenseelementsdef

Most career support starts with the same question: what do you want to do next?

It's a reasonable question. But it often skips something important — the moment before the answer. The moment when the body already knows something the mind hasn't caught up with yet. The tension in the chest when you imagine staying put. The quiet expansion when a new direction crosses your mind. The exhaustion that isn't tiredness, but misalignment.

This April, NatureSense is hosting four free online sessions that take that moment seriously.

Each session brings a different practitioner, a different practice, and a different entry point into the same territory: what does it actually feel like to be in the middle of a professional change — and what tools, beyond the CV and the LinkedIn profile, can actually help?

All sessions are free, conducted in English, and will be available as recordings after broadcast.

Embodying Clarity: Somatic & Nature-Based Tools to Navigate Transitions

with Amy Charnay

When we face a career decision, we tend to reach for logic. The pros and cons list. The salary comparison. The five-year plan. None of which explains why, even after doing all of that, the answer still doesn't feel clear.

Amy Charnay works at the intersection of herbal medicine, somatic coaching, and forest therapy — and her starting point is the nervous system. Not as a metaphor, but as a literal navigation instrument that most of us have never been taught to read.

In this opening session, Amy will guide participants through practical somatic and nature connection practices that build a stronger sense of agency — and make decision-making feel less like a riddle and more like a conversation with yourself.

You'll learn how your nervous system shapes the way you perceive choices, how to find more ease and vitality by working with your natural rhythms rather than against them, and how connecting with your inner and outer nature can become a genuine compass in moments of professional uncertainty.

About Amy: Amy is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Educator and Consultant with a Master's of Science in Herbal Medicine. She holds certifications as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Aromatherapist, Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation teacher, Somatic & Nervous System Coach, and Forest Therapy & Nature Connection Guide. She is also a registered Naturopath in France.

Change Careers, Change Life: Work-Life Transition for a Greener Future

with the founders of La Fourmilière

This one isn't a methodology session. It's a story — four of them, actually.

Romain, Claire, Anna, and Denis each left something behind to build La Fourmilière: an alternative forest school and third place for nature connection and ecological transition in the Ardèche. The result is something that works, and matters, and continues to grow. But the path there was neither linear nor painless.

In this session, the four co-founders share the real transition journeys — the inspiration, the doubt, the practical challenges, and the unexpected rewards — that led them to create a professional life rooted in community, ecology, and education. No polished narrative. No retrospective certainty. Just an honest account of what it takes to move toward a greener, more connected way of working and living.

If you've ever wondered whether a different kind of professional life is actually possible — not as an aspiration but as a daily reality — this is the session to join.

About the speakers:Romain Guilbaud is co-founder of the Grain&Sens ecovillage and a parent at La Fourmilière. Claire Soustiel is co-founder of La Fourmilière. Anna Sangaré is a former Director and parent at La Fourmilière. Denis Pertuis is a teacher and parent at La Fourmilière. Learn more at fourmiliere.org.

Wellbeing & Purpose at the Center of Your Career Change

with Virginia Bailón

Career transitions — whether you're shifting direction or stepping into entrepreneurship — have a way of being exciting and destabilising at the same time. Both things, fully. Often on the same afternoon.

Virginia Bailón works as a psychodramatist, embodied wellbeing coach, and dancer. She's spent years supporting people in professional transitions, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs navigating leadership, stress, and the question of how to build a working life where wellbeing isn't an afterthought.

This session begins with the Wellbeing Wheel of Life — a practical self-assessment tool that helps you see clearly where you are now, and reconnect with the broader vision of how you actually want to live and work. From there, Virginia will guide participants through the deeper values and motivations beneath the transition, and introduce simple breath and somatic practices that help prevent burnout and bring more grounded awareness into everyday life.

You'll leave with a small self-care and action plan, and a clearer sense of what — beyond the job title — you're actually moving toward.

About Virginia: Virginia Bailón is a Psychodramatist, Embodied Wellbeing Coach, and Dancer. She supports people in career transitions, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs and questions of leadership, stress management, and purpose. Advocate for a slow life.

Inspired Living: Align Your Actions with Your Life Purpose

with Marion Llopis

There is a version of career change that starts from the outside — the market, the opportunities, the gaps in your CV. And there is a version that starts from something quieter: the sense that you have a particular contribution to make, and that your work should be an expression of it, not a distraction from it.

Marion Llopis calls this your "inner note" — the unique quality you bring that no one else can replicate, and that, when followed, becomes the foundation of a meaningful career path.

In this closing session of the series, Marion will guide participants through practices of inner listening, intentional action, and emotional care — drawing on intuition, nature contemplation, and the kind of self-knowledge that doesn't come from personality tests but from genuine inner work. This is a session for those who sense that the next step isn't just a better job, but a more aligned life.

About Marion: Marion Llopis is a multidimensional coach and energy practitioner, passionate about supporting people on their path to discovering and fulfilling their inner potential.
